Please do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license copies, financial information, or other sensitive documents in a general inquiry.

SMS information and how it is used

If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number, your opt-in choice, and the contents of messages you send. We use this information to respond to inquiries, communicate about freight or driving opportunities you asked about, and honor messaging preferences and opt-out requests. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to receive SMS messages.

Inquiry information may be accessed by authorized Shorthorn Cargo personnel and service providers that support our communications, including our email provider and RingCentral for text-message delivery. How inquiries work

The website prepares an email in your email application. Completing the form alone does not send an inquiry or upload it to a website database. You must send the email from your email application. Your email provider processes that message under its own terms and privacy policy.

Purpose of your information

The current website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and its forms do not store submissions in browser storage.
